Teams

The Wilson Lacrosse Club (:WLC") is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that assists Wilson School District Students in learning the sport of lacrosse. We offer youth programs for Grades K-12 as detailed below:

LITTLE LAXERS: To get children acquainted with the game at early ages, the WLC sponsors and coaches a co-ed program for Grades K-2. Kids have a chance to learn about the sport, as well as to create a solid fundamental foundation.

YOUTH PROGRAM: For Grades 3-8, the WLC coordinates competitive teams to play in leagues, and some tournaments. Due to the rules differences, the Boys and Girls play on separate teams. Competition consists of teams broken down by grade. Grades 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 play together.

HIGH SCHOOL LACROSSE BOOSTERS: The WLC acts as a booster club for the Wilson Boys and Girls Lacrosse teams.  Wilson High School and the Athletic Director oversee all  interscholastic play. The WLC raises money to support the lacrosse program by paying additional coaches, clinics and other necessities not paid for by the school.
